All the experience and knowledge from Jevan's past have led to his becoming a Professional Toastmaster, with a stentorian voice, excellent diction and an imposing presence, combined with organisational, planning and scheduling skills.
As an Officer in the Royal Navy he presided over many dinners in Naval Wardrooms and was involved in Royal and Civic Functions including Royal Garden Parties, Charity Balls and Receptions at Mansion House and local Mayoral parlours. Very familiar with ceremonial, pageantry and protocol, he was Officer of the Guard for Her Majesty The Queen at Buckingham Palace for the Silver Jubilee and 25yrs later Parade Commander for His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales on Horseguards.
Working for multinational corporations he was a Consultant and Project Manager in the City of London and also for a Paris Fashion House. Media Trained, he ran Media Co-ordination for the EURO96 Football Tournament, Presentation Skills training and was Master of Ceremonies for several Corporate Events.
As a Senior Civil Servant he worked at Ministerial & Chief Constable level and presented at International Conferences in Europe and the US. Jevan has a Masters degree in Business Process Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
The theatre is his passion, stage managing and performing, from Emcee in "Cabaret" to "Sweeney Todd". He trained as a Voiceover Artist at London Academy of Radio, Film & Television, can sing the Ladies Song for Masonic Ladies' Festivals or, if you want to add a dash of panache to your occasion, open your first bottle of champagne with a sabre as a certified Sabreur.
Jevan is equally at home and control running a traditional English Wedding in a private house or an Awards Ceremony in a Conference Centre or large London Hotel.
