If man management was a skill, then Wes Hollands has an abundence of it. His years of training in the commercial world with his own Construction business and, a Degree in Engineering, has provided a high quality of understanding skill in being at ease and at one with the client, ultimately making any function run so smoothly.
Trained as a Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies, passing the exams set by the National Association of Toastmasters and becoming an Associate Member, was mandatory as far as Wes was concerned, as no-one should put themselves forward as a professional without taking the most rigorous training and assessment. Wes has the skill to make any function from Wedding, Masonic, Bahmitzvah's, Luncheons, any Ceremony or occasion that requires a Toastmaster or Master of Ceremonies, run like clockwork.
Over the years, Wes has been a local Councillor, has played a significant part in the Rochester Dickens as the Character Magwich and, has been seriously involved in the management and running of such events. A man with many hobbies from Ocean Racing, Fly Fishing to Karate. But his main love has been organising Pantomimes as a Producer and Director, which has provided money for Childrens Charities. He has said on many occasions "It is so nice to see smiles on peoples faces".
Bags of Personality, A very Organised and ProfessionalToastmaster.
